Bawumia had a field day to propagate his phantom economic theories. Yes, the audience were NPP people and their surrogates who have sold their intelligence and intellectual capacities for cheap political propaganda. What does Bawumia mean by "12 times more resources", and what constitute those resources? Is it the 10 percent earnings from our oil resources he is talking about? The sellout by thieving Kuffuor and the NPP? Check the value of the gains Ghana made under HIPC and see if we did not make more in 3 years of debt forgiveness than what we earned in 3 years for the pittance the NPP bargained for us for the oil. Bawumia is a very dangerous LIAR! Ghana's GDP in 2008 was about 16 billion, and with a population of about 24 million then, the per capita income was about 670 dollars. Today the GDP is about 40 billion, and with a population of about 27 million, the per capita income is about 1480 dollars. Bawumia can only lie to idiots who have decided to close their minds to simple reason when facts and figures are easy to come by. BAWUMIA is a Big LIAR, pronto!!!

All politicians are lias, was it not this mans time that they have to sell GH, telecom to pay salaries, and also print new currency to much the dollar,of which our production sector can not sustain? He should give us a break

I want to know where he got his facts from, its BoG, world bank, world economic indicators, IMF etc I will also urge all econs think tankers to deliberate over dis issues raise by Dr Bawumia. If he is telling the truth all this time then Ghanaians must advice themselves over dis Govt but if he is lying bcos NPP is hungry for power by thick n thin then their elephant must go to bush. For I have been deliberating deeply on dis issues since NPP's regime in 2000 till date.
