KEN AGYAPONG IS NOT THE PROBLEM, EC IS NOT TO BLAME, BUT THE SUPREME COURT'S 2012 ELECTION PETITION JUDGEMENT. THAT JUDGEMENT SAID, "ELETIONS ARE WON AT POLLING STATIONS, NOT THE COURTS". IN EFFECT, THE JUDGES SAID "WIN AT THE POLLING STATION BY WHATEVER MEANS- EVEN ILLEGAL". AND PROXY VOTING COULD BE LEGAL OR ILLEGAL MEANS TO WIN AT THE POLLING STATION. EC IS TRYING TO PULL A SMART ONE AND KEN AGYAPONG SAYS "ONCE BITTEN, TWICE SHY, WE WILL PROTECT WHAT GOES INTO POLLING BOX.

About collection of results, there is district election office ( collection center) where all results from the pulling station in a particular district are put together, and we also have electoral area ( 2 or more community with assembly member) eg if you get 10 assembly members in your district; 10 electoral area in that district. So let's say each electral area has 8 pulling station, the pulling officer assign on special duty collect the results and add them together, in case someone assault the PO or any party didn't raise issues about the results, the EC district chair and return officer will not worry themselves summing pulling station results rather electral area one,s Thus party agent's should be very vigilant and must be treated with respect, and should not describe them as common observant as Dr Bawumia said, for without them you can win election, plus you people get learn and stop listening to this politicians, cuz Non of African countries is doing something to compute with the even G100, nor G 20

It is all too clear that the EC is not prepared for the polls on 7th December. That brainless woman used all her time and resources designing and selecting a bogus logo needlessly - because she saw it, liked it, and chose it! ...

It is all too clear that the EC is not prepared for the polls on 7th December. That brainless woman used all her time and resources designing and selecting a bogus logo needlessly - because she saw it, liked it, and chose it! I am surprised nobody had challenged the authenticity of her infantile choice - it degrades the nation. How can this little girl this blind a whole nation to accept this cheap thing she calls a logo, compared to the original coat-of-arms which was truly Ghanaian?
Then she wasted her time to try to bring the polling day forward when we had less than four months to an election, and still nobody raised an eyebrow. Even parliament itself was somehow hoodwinked to accept her proposal, when the speaker and co knew all too well that the prerequisite number of days required for the bill to mature would not be met!
Like the "I saw it, liked it, and picked it" foolish talk, everything this girl does looks like she is playing with a group of Form 1 high school girls - just childish games! How could she start a bidding process for a contract to do with the elections within a few months of the polls and fail to foresee that she did not have enough time?
I bet at four o'clock on December 7th, she is going to decide, solely, that polling has been extended to another day - as happened last time - because some voters traveling from Makola to circle had had a burst puncture and it was going to take them an hour to fix! I am saying this because as at now, nothing has been said about how many days the voting is supposed to take. But it is this last minute switches that account for most of the irregularities around the ballot boxes. We cannot trust the police - not even the peace council - to protect the ballot boxes overnight without any misdeeds! This is Ghana!!

The use of fax machine and scanners is still good in this day. EC can deploy their use in transmission of election results. After all, Joy Fm have been collating their results online in the past elections
