  We borrow money to do a whole lot of other things beside infrastructure development.

  Bawumia and his boss are doing old school primitive politics, how do you expect a president managing over 25 million people to spend less or same as 1957? How many roads were asphalted by then? How many towns and villages has electricity by then? How many communities has schools, hospitals and so on? Compare to today, BETTER LIVING, HIGH EXPENDITURE
