  If Terkper call nec-breaking Eurobond rate of 9.25% show of confidence in Ghana in the market, he should contact Dr. Bawumia for lessons in public finance and economics. However, before going to Dr. Bawumia, could Mr. Terkper do his home work and find out euro bond rates for Germany, France, Holland, and even some of the weaker European eoonomies. Even, personal loan rate which is consider riskier than sovereign loan could be secured for less than 3% across most the European markets. Who is Mr. Terkper fooling with the punishing euro bond rate of 9.25% being a show of confidence?
