The draft National Development Plan fully covers power generation in the long term with substantial reserve capacity. It is no longer a promise from any party.

They don't know how to do it. They saw the problem, they didn't know how to solve, they went for toy generators and connected them serially and the whole thing failed. They waited for the rains to fill the Akosombo dam by sending some pastors to go to Akosombo to pray for rain to fall to solve the problem. Hahaha, that is npp for you. No single watt and not to talk about megawatt they generated during the entire 8 yrs. If they did, we wouldn't be here talking about 10 yrs. Npp should learn from JDM how to do it. JDM has the tenacity and already the word dumsor has vanished from the mouth of many Ghanaians.
