Oh, by the way, my niece passed her Nursing Training two years ago. She was posted to KorleBu for nine months, followed by "Mental Hospital". Her first payslip came after six months. Then she was posted to Obuasi Govt. Hospital "permanently" three months ago, and hasn't received any pay there yet.

That is when all the hospitals are completed, there will be deficit of health workers too. But don't think you can be employed with any fake certificate from any fake institution and think you can be employed.
