This amount for just repairing a portion of lest than five meters of a pipe line? This amount can fix all roads in my village. What is wrong, we are no longer ashamed of stealing

maintenance is not cheap no even in the US and UK. That amount is worth than the whole system collapsing to rebuild at very high costs!
