The corrupt and incompetent Mahama and his looting brigade are not interested in priorities that would ease the suffering of Ghanaians. What they are interested in is prestigious signature projects for the enjoyment of few ruling elites, regardless of whether the inflated projects are priorities and value for money or not. I wonder how they would account for the $40 billion borrowed so far to land our country in this HIPIC and bankruptcy. Did the insensitive NDC government think, despite the massive corruption and incompetence, they can borrow recklessly and spend their way foolishly into another mandate in 2016, while the nation is over burdened with HIPC and workers wallowing in hunger?

Governance under the NDC government is all about 'opium of the people'. They enjoy everything under the sun but ask us to wait for our basic needs in heaven. And as they are asking us to tighten our belts for future betterment, they have already loosened theirs for immediate consumption. They didn't even respect our intelligence when they said there would be paradise in Ghana if we gave them another mandate after the 2016 elections. The truth is that, everything they promise is a mirage and we will never find comfort under them because; they are con-men with con plans.

Which goes to imply you negotiated higher interest rates and oh by the way, the money you borrowed for those roads is not showing in the work for which you borrowed money. We may very well be paying high interest rates on money that the higher ups in gov't have lined their pockets with and charging it against a road that marginally exists.
He sounds like he is mumbling in his explanation. Hard for me to understand what he is trying to explain. His economic explanation just seems out of this world to me and not one even taught in secondary school

He should tell us how much the re-denomination cost the country. I had to go down to see the source of the article in question before deciding whether to even read it. So sensational. It was written for dead brains, not the enlightened. An intellectually corrupt politician like Bawumia is only seen as a hero by a small brains. Statistical data when used for analyses should be consistently applied in economics which Doc failed to do. No wonder he cannot work outside Ghana with vodoo economics like he did and collapsed Zimbabwe's. He will only be allowed to practice that in Ghana and probably by the NPP. Responses were given, some by non-party people yet NPP fanatics did not care to digest same because of their crave for power using lies, which I term vodoo econs.

If the amount of growth in the GDP has gone down, basic statistics on that fact cannot be camouflaged by bombast from intellectually dishonest party hacks. Ghana's economy does not exist in isolation. The greater economic forces shaking the world, is affecting everybody - from China to the US to Germany.
