How stupid can you be, what made him a JSS student,is it because he is young,don't you know that he is virtually incharge of that ministry as he did in the Information ministry while the sector ministers are just on paper, when will some of you learn to make some sense here,why not talk about the issue?

That said,whoever introduced this nonsense of upgrading these colleges to the so called tertiary schools just for the sake of changing names and giving degrees to students while everything they do remains the same should be blamed for this, these colleges should have remained the same since what their students are coming out to teach are the same as those the older certificate teachers are teaching but we decided to follow others blindly changing names and tittles forgeting that when we keep changing names and tittles it goes with money,we changed their tittles when they still teach the same thing and now they are demanding what goes with the tittle we gave them then we start crying, very foolish,even their products are not performing well with all the big names,the old teachers still teach better than the ones we are training now with the big names.
Those days when we have many MSLC holders teaching in our elementary schools together with few trained teachers the performance was better but today when we are giving all these degrees the schools are not performing well, you talk to these new teachers and the old ones you see a big difference, we should have allowed the training colleges to stay the same since what the students are coming out to teach are the same those already on the field are teaching but we brought all these degree nonsense just to make money for few and we are now forcing the existing teachers to go to these useless mushroom schools only to come back to teach the same thing,no change making all the money they have wasted on these so called degrees to be useless.

Go ahead and pay them,that is what happens if you don't think before you take a decision, we are going to waste money on these teachers who are teaching the same thing they were teaching many years ago changing their tittles while the student allowance that started in 1986/87 academic year has been removed with some flimsy excuses.
How can something that exists for THIRTY good years be a problem today, something that works all these years not working today?
