The need to go to Court does not arise when free, fair, credible, transparent and clean elections is organized by the EC.
When it came to this process of ensuring free, fair, transparent, credible and clean elections and the Supreme Court was adjudicating on this very important issue of credible elections, Mahama and the NDC party were maliciously and contemptuously undermining the integrity and impartiality of the Court and criminally threatening th kill and rape the Chief Justice and members of the Supreme Court and Judges all across the country. You, the AG per your training and professional ethics and responsibility, did not seem to find anything wrong with the criminal elements being sponsored by Mahama and the NDC party in Mahama's attempt to truncate credible elections in this country.
What Mahama, the NDC gov't and party and it's Council of State did was to release the criminals threatening rape, killings, violence and death in this country in the face of actions to ensure credible elections in Ghana.
So the question to Tony Litor's partner at the law firm that led in the Woyome loot of the Ghanaian taxpayer and the current AG is, has Mahama and the NDC party and gov't shown enough commitment to ensure credible, free, fair, transparent and clean elections which he has lost to discourage him or any other candidate from going to the Supreme Court?

In the December elections, there won't be any room for rigging or cheating. So the EC must be informed to abolish the proxy voting and voter's transfer as they intend to do. Ghanaians won't allow anyone to attempt to cheat them this time around.

Let us for now swallow the disgrace of the 2012 Supreme Court theatrics. Is the AG not seeing the trend the present EC boss is conducting the affairs of her office ? The EC have kept their silence after being accused by Dr. Bawumia and the NPP for keeping a bloated and contaminated electoral register, with many names of Togolease nationals. The indictment has rendered the electoral register useless, and without credibility especially, when the authorities have not come clean with a sensible explanation or denial. The contract for results e transmission, shrouded in secret and it's subsequent withdrawal, the Abu Ramadan and Other court case, which elicited silly reactions from vagabonds, directed at segments of your legal profession, the creepy scheme to put in place for proxy voting and more. All these and many more, are the goings on at the EC. Things that can bring chaos in this country. Madam AG you did not see these as things that are not right, which therefore need to be addressed. I pity you. You did not speak your mind. You borrowed this piece from Koku Anyidoho and the likes. Team B stuff paa nieee !
