Psychiatric hospitals are closed and instead community care encouraged.So please building psychiatric hospitals can create institutionalization, leading to stigma and rejection of users. currently ghana has serious problems with managing it's three institutions.Under resourced is the best so far, the truth is we are massively under staff in various specialty to run hospital effectively. With community centers users and their families may be actively involved and will be a vehicle for cascading and promoting mental health and well being within our communities and the nations at large. this way may be cost effective.

I think before he start campaigning, he has to drink alcohol. Most of the time he talk nonsense, and don't act like a president of a country. Sometimes Mahamah act like a village tyrant. Irony blamed him , if a poor man gets money he used it any how, before he became the president all the money he got in his previous jobs ,Mahamah used it in pulling women's pants down, that is why he is grabbing money with left and right hands.
