I first noticed one on the left side of his face some years back but the rate of growth may indicate malignancy. A carcinoma may be benign and even when cancerous, can be localized. A melanoma on the other hand, is very dangerous when early treatment is not sought. This is because the cancer cells travel to attack other parts of the body (metastasis ). Mahama's facial polyp has really grown bigger and needs to be tested. A number of US Presidents had successful surgical removal of these skin cancer tumours very early, including Reagan, George H.W. Bush and Clinton.

As part of NPP manifesto which is not he revealed or made public, The Southern Development Authority, The Middle Development Authority are going to stand as States and Governors will be elected man the various states. Ghana will thus become Federal Republic. All Regional Capitals will be changed into Counties. All Municipal and District Chief Exercutives including Mayors will be elected. A Committee will be set up to look into the modalities and come out with any plan action. The Committee Wil get to work immediately NPP comes to power so that they will get everything done and placed it before parliament and a referendum is held on it within 2 years of NPP administration. This NPP will do in order to speed up the developmental projects throughout the country.
We don't need 15 Regions with 15 Regional ministers and many deputies. We don't need any big government to drain our scarce resources. Visionless NDC. We waiting for IMANI's response to that
