  The punishment for child abusers must be so lenient in Ghana, that's why we keep hearing cases like these everyday. These pedophiles deserves life in prison with a hard labor.

  Shocked, I agree, the headlines make it sounds like the guy's only crime was letting the boy rub his balls. He raped the child & that's what the headline should've read.
