besides the fine he must sweep to street of the town for 2 weeks. he will learn more lession for himself. the fine shall be paid by the poor parents. he wont feel it.

our legal system is a joke. Wid all dis crime the guy committed against dis innocent lady, he was just fined a small amount. he shd hv at least gone into prison for a year.
