Well friend, they have just picked up the forms. Don't worry. After completing the forms the EC will scrutinize them to ensure each party has met the registration requirement as per EC's laws and the Constitution of Ghana.

For example, the need to have offices in at least 2/3 of the 275 Constituencies will also be checked.
The candidate's eligibility e.g., being a Ghanaian Citizen (alone, - no dual citizenship), to hold elected office as per the Ghana constitution will be checked
