The President by virtue of the fact that he is the Commander-in-Chief of the Ghana Armed Forces can decide to appear at any military function either in military outfit of mofit, it is his choice. My problem with his appearance today is, as his adc is a naval officer, the President should have also appeared in a naval ceremonial uniform to blend with that of his adc.
