  GHANA'S ECONOMIC CHALLENGES AND DIFFICULTIES ARE OF THE RESULT OF THE SO CALLED ACCOUNTANTS PLACED AT THE PUBLIC SECTOR WHO CONTINUE TO MANIPULATE, EMBEZZLE AND STEAL THE FUNDS OF THE NATION TO BUILD THEIR OWN BUSINESSES AND HOUSES AT THE EXPENSE OF THE COCOA FARMERS AND THE TAX PAYERS IN GHANA.
  
  UNLESS THESE CRIMINAL THIEVES, ROFGUES AND CROOKS ARE BROUGHT TO HALT WITH PROPER CHECKS ON THEIR CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES, GHANA WILL CONTINUE TO REAMIN ECONO MIC BACKWARD, UNDERDEVELOPED AND EXTREME POOR.
  
  IT IS INDEED A PITY THERE IS STILL NOT A CHECK ON GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AT THE PUIBLIC SECTOR WHO EARN JUST
  $300,00 A MONTH BUT ARE ABLE TO PUT UP MANSIONS, VILLAS,HOTELS, RESTAURANTS AND TO RUN TAXIS WITH STOLEN FUNDS FROM THE PEOPLE AND THE GOVERNMENT OF GHANA.
  
  TIME FOR ALL THESE THIEVES TO BE PROBED, OTHERWISE,SEVENTY PERCENT OF THE PEOPLE LIVING IN THE RURAL AREAS WILL CONTINUE TO BE WITH BASIC AMENITIES,WATER, ENERGY,HOUSING,ROADS,TRANSPORTATION, DAY NURSERIES, CHIKDREN PLAYING GROUNDS AND SANTITATION.
