It is expected from any party that want to rule Ghana to be united because if the party is not united how can they unite Ghanaians who belong to various political organizations of society.
It is also not proper for the NPP to call a press conference and say that the president is corrupt and that he and members of his family are stealing monies belonging to the state without proof.
We can not vote for people who make false allegations against others with no one in their party cautioning them to stop.
NPP has become so notorious with its false allegations against NDC that no sane person in the world believe NPP anymore.
All sane persons can also see that the monies that NDC borrowed are being put into useful use by the construction of roads, hospitals, schools and social intervention. A person who does not see what John Mahama is doing may be sleep walking.

Shame unto Akomea and the Akyem Mafia for coyly conceding the relevance of the contribution of these 2 NPP legitimate Officials.
Now that the contest seems not as easy as they thought it would be, they are now surreptitiously luring the two back into action to help Akufo-Addo win the Elections.
We told these treacherous leeches in NPP long ago when they unleashed the saga of assaults on Afoko and Agyepong and eventually orchestrated their dubious suspension from their respective Offices that the Party would be badly harmed by those actions.
Why can't they boldly admit they made a mistake and apologize to the two, and warmly welcome them back into the Party and give them back their respective posts?
We know the incompetence of John Boadu, for instance, is creating many difficulties in the Party. And Blay is doing his best to antagonize many more folks who may choose to stay away and out of the elections completely.
I have wind of some NPP members thinking about voting for their MPs to be re-elected but not for the flagbearer as the next President. Well, every vote counts. But the Akomeas, Okoampa-Ahoofe, Jr.s, the Amoako-Baahs and the Agyarkos do not think so. These folks believe they and their Akyem Mafia alone can win the Elections for Akufo-Addo.
One may ask of the fate of Dr. Bawumia. I cry for Bawumia, really. Because these folks are bigots and do not really care for any other ethnicity but themselves. They are just using him to assemble enough votes to usher Akufo-Addo into the President's seat.
If they deny this ulterior motive, let them show some humility and warmly apologize to Afoko and bring him back into their fold. Surely, it would take more than Afoko to persuade many that these folks have begun changing their bigoted attitude. But at least, with Afoko in there, among their hierarchy, we could be better assured that a more concerted attention would be brought to the relevance of other ethnicities in NPP, especially the Northern votes.
Afoko has the distinctive attribute of a unifier who is fearlessly honest, unlike the Bugri Nabus who just follow their bellies.

This happened in 2008 when Late vice president Aliu Mahamah was eliminated from the presidential race. Most members voted for the candidate and against Akuffo Addo. The reputation of the official elected national executives has brought disgrace to them , their families , friends and love ones.
