She knows how to deflate the overrated elements within the NPP without trading insults. She is a well chosen matured politician who is leading mahama's campaign effectively. A real strategists who is making the NDC cruise to victory in 2016. She makes a lot of sense to me, unlike the talkertives in the NPP who only know how to attack personalities with insults but lack substance. I think the NPP needs someone like this. Mac Manu and Nana Akomea are not good strategists. They can't take the NPP anywhere.

Northerners is not an ethnicity. You should know that the three Northern Regions have not less than 20 ethnicities, Mahama is not known to give preference to his ethnic group, the Gonjas. Kuffour excelled in parking his Government with people from his ethnic group period. You can do an analysis of all appointments by NDC and NPP and see which is more equitable and widespread. The NDC is a more inclusive party than NPP which is an Akan party with a few exceptions take it or leave it. Check this. During NDC period, 3 IGPs, Mills Robinston, Paul Quaye, Mohamed Alhassan and now Kudalor. Compare with Owusu Poku, Owusu Nsaih, and Acheampong all from one ethnicity. This is the clear difference between NDC and NPP.
