Ever since the president described himself as a dead goat out of context to take every blame on his head, post mortems of dead goats cases are no longer referred to our local chop bars but to the flag staff house. Fair enough. Let all of us be pragmatic to answer this simple question. Is it possible for a dead goat to carry a coffin ?
