  Hei Agyaa Koo, this is not a concert party. I thought you lived in America before but you are talking as if you are following Nana's village promises. A manifesto or a strategic plan don't need to be completed in four years. Commonsense will tell Ghanaian politicians that if you come to power, you don't need pursue your own agenda leaving uncompleted projects from previous governments. By the way, Mahama will have four more years to complete his projects.

  So the policy advisor held a press conference to tell the world what someone promised and supposedly didn't deliver. Is that his policy advice? I question the mental capacity of whoever appointed him as a policy advisor.

  In the area of energy, these are some visible achievements.
  
  Since 2012, the following projects in the power sector have been completed or are at various stages of completion:
  
  • 110Megawatts steam component of the T2 Power Plant at Aboadze
  
  • 250Megawatts Ameri Power Plant
  
  • 225Megawatts Karpower Barge
  
  • 220Megawatts Kpone Thermal Plant
  
  • 180Megawatts First Stage of Sunon Asogli Phase II
  
  • 38Megawatts TTP Plant
  
  • 2Megawatts Solar Power Plant at Navrongo
  
  • 8Megawatts at Kaleo in the Upper West Region

  Especially in the area of creating opportunities for the youth in terms of employment creation, these are some achievements to be mentioned.
  
  Established and launched the Youth Enterprise Support (YES) Initiative, which has led to the provision of support for over 100 youth startups in one year;
  
  • Provided legal backing - Youth Employment Act 2015 (Act 887) for the Youth Employment Agency, which is currently employing about 100,000 youth under its modules;
  
  • Created 21,045 jobs under the Rural Enterprise Project;
  
  • Created 21,802 jobs under the Opportunities Industrialisation Centres (OIC), National Vocational Training Institute;
  
  • Created over 9,000 jobs under the Cocoa Seedlings Production Project;
  
  • Revamped the Ghana Broiler Re-vitalisation Project;
  
  • Provided training and financial support for over 100 youth under the Youth Enterprise Support (YES) Fund;
