It is now clear to all that NDC is bent on stealing the verdict of Ghanaians again to perpetuate the massive corruption and incompetence. As they have been doing since the early days of P/NDC, they are ready to kill and maim the opposition members in order to impose themselves on Ghanaians.

The most disappointing thing is that Mr. Mahama himself is so crooked and slippery that he preaches peaceful and credible elections in public, while busily sharing machetes, pistols and AK47s to NDC thugs in private to kill, maim and intimidate the opposition members. And judging from Mr. Incompetent's dodgy behavior, the whole world has come to know that he is not interested in the free and fair elections that he preaches.

Ghanaians know exactly what happened in the lead up to the 2000 elections, and how NDC tried to prevent NPP from taking power democratically. The Cuban-style self-serving and so-called revolutionaries have never wanted development of democracy in Ghana. And Mr. Accountability even planned to install NDC puppet government in 2000 to keep the seat warm for him to return latter.

This only goes a long to tell that, the GMA has been occupied political stooges instead of a people working in the general interest of the country.

That is why, this year, this same body in the name of allowance had to frustrate the efforts of government. They are now showing themselves and I believe all Ghanaians are very much awake and will never vote for the NPP because they have demonstrated a clear case of interest in political power than the welfare of the people.

Unless the government is the one paying back, it is never its project since it only guaranteed the for the loan incase of none-payment from UG. The Univerisity belongs to the government of Ghana, and based on this, the government has not erred in any way if its claims to have been the owners of the said project.

They are run as profit making going concern. Government owns shares in them. Government does not payback for the facilities granted to these institution from the public purse. The institution pays for the loans themselves. For instance if you guarantee for workers in your company to have access to car loans can you say you bought them cars. Both factions are right in their thinking. Government is not going to service the loans out of the public purse. Government is liable to pay IF UG cannot honor payments then Government will be called on to pay as guarantor. Government is creating an enabling environment for such institutions to attract investments to expand their facility. GIMPA did same with local funding. This should or can be differentiated from where government as sovereign contracts a loan to build a facility.
