Political parties always secure the ballot boxes with their own tamper-proof bands. Maybe we should bury the boxes, surround them with landmines, with drones circulating overhead. There's a reason why the results are not declared separate from the main election, and that's back by the CI. Unless the CI is changed, which is too late for the Dec elections, there's nothing anyone or institution can do. NPP is always looking for loopholes to engage in mischief, it's bad for their!
