You claim NDC is building more hospitals and yet the NHIS under NDC is collapsing. With no oil money the NPP was able to successfully manage the NHIS to the envy and admiration of all. What might be the cause NDC's inability to manage the NHIS successfully. It means the NDC is taking the NHIS money to build hospitals so that they can over-inflate contract figures. This is simple logic.

NPP was at pains to pay various service providers as a result of massive underhand dealings at the NHIS secretariat. I know of a young woman putting up a 2 bedroom house on Kumasi at the time payment of her own salary was a herculean task.

At the time the population of NHIS registrants was about a quarter of the present NPP had no clue as to what to do. Do you seriously think they could have handled the present population of registrants any better? The leadership of your great party is a spent force.

You would go pension and remain in the barracks is that what you want.
