Judgment is often based on the act committed and not the amount involved as some people are insinuating. I was nearly misled by the headline of the story into condemning the judge but after reading the story i realized that the judge was lenient if not fair. A lot of charges could be preferred against the young man, including robbery, causing harm, unlawful possession of harmful objects etc. Forget about the 22 cedis, it could have been any amount but the fact is that the ACTS have been committed .
