  The perpetrators must be found and punished severely according to the Law.
  
  It does not matter if this crime was politically motivated or not, and whatever Partisan affiliation the perpetrators may belong to, they must be found and the full weight of the Law thrown at them. Messing with the EC amounts to threatening the future of the Nation as whole.
