They introduced the Free Maternal Healthcare, National Health Insurance Scheme, National Youth Employment Programme, School Feeding, Metro Mass Transit, Livelihood Empowerment Against Poverty. They paid the teacher training allowances and the nurse training allowances, all from the GHC 20 billion. Within the eight years of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), they have had GHS248 billion but have collapsed the NHIS, the National Youth Employment programme, School Feeding Programme, Metro Mass Transit, nurse training and teacher training allowances. WHICH OF THESE PARTIES HAS HELPED GHANA?

Let me try with this small economics here, you made your greedy decisions to invest in a scheme with the intention of making it big within just few months and failed so woefully, therefore the government who never advised you to come and pay for your bad, selfish and greedy decisions?

Do you know how many Microfinance companies have collapsed since 2012 up until now? Noble dream, Royal Winners, Edin , Onward, Above All and countless number of such companies?

Why is NPP trying to get involved in a very bad situation like these?

Now let's consider this term called "Moral Hazard " where someone takes a decision and an innocent person is requested to be responsible for the decision he/she has nothing to do with.

We can't encourage people for their own selfish interests after they decided and withdrew their monies from the Barclays Bank, Stanbic Bank, Ghana Commercial Bank, Zenith Bank, NIB, SG- SSB Bank, ADB etc to these unscrupulous companies for the simple reason that they can be rich overnight.

How can we say these customers were ignorant? These people were able to calculate their expected interest difference between DKM and the other financial institutions and yet we want to cry for their greedy.

In some instances, these customers traveled from distance, bypass several banks and similar Microfinance companies just to reach the offices of these companies and yet we want to say the government should be held responsible for this? Come on!

You think those who lost their monies and investment, the likes of Noble dream and the Royal Winners are not Ghanians?

Don't they deserve to be compensated as well? Why do we think these people should not get their lost investment, if DKM customers deserve government sympathy?

Politicians must allow us to develop our country without their treachery tricks just because they want to win power.

What will happen to those Microfinance companies who are now struggling to keep their businesses alive?

Don't we think if the government should pay DKM customers' others can intentionally collapse their Microfinance companies and hope the government will go and borrow money for them instead of building roads, schools, hospital and others with such borrowed funds for the development of our dear country?

If that become the case how does the government pay back such loans? What type of economics is NPP going to run the country with if they are proposing the NDC government pays these people? " Asem se be" I rest my case.
