  Why is Shippers Council so clueless and has no idea of the status of THC and gives no support to the importers when some of the shipping lines insist on this illegal THC payment. MSC and ZIM Lines are forcing importers to pay despite the directive and refuse to release containers without this THC payment. The Ministry responsible for this issue should publish in the daily newspaper for all to read what the actual status of this issue is.
