Examinations for distance learning programs at UCC are below standard:
1. Each course has 50-60 page lecture notes/booklets

2. Two quizzes per semester with each having 20 multiple-choice questions (Duration: 30 minutes each).

3. End of semester exams with 10 multiple-choice questions and 2 essay questions out of 4 (duration: 2 hours).

4. The essay questions are mostly RECALL questions.

So, an average student can easily get 2nd Class Upper or 1st Class.

Getting straight A's in courses where A=70%-100% is easier than getting A/A+ in US universities where A=90%-95%, and A+=96%-100%.

The guy will struggle to pass his Master's degree courses despite his straight A's at UCC.

I have lectured some of them before and most of them get grades they don't deserve.In fact the incredibility of certificates issued through such a programme is questionable.

this is all false news. ucc had the 49TH congregation and the overall student graduated with a CGPA of 3.92 from the faculty of science. the gown he is wearing is not even UCC gown. #FAKE NEWS#
