When you start on a job, you need time to understand how to execute you responsibilities. So you gain experience on the job as years go by. In the animal kingdom we call this the LEARNING CURVE. Thus, by the end of his first term a president would just be gettign to his best. So to vote him out will mean another person will come in to start a new learning curve. So instead of 4 years, we will have 8 years of learning!

It therefore makes sense to give each president a second term to put his experience into practice for the benefit of his experience. So the democratic culture we have fashioned for ourselves is to give each president a second term. Even though Kufuor's first term was an abysmal failure we still gave him a second term.

It is therefore in the best interest of Ghana that we give Mahama an overwhelming endorsement for a second term.

He should have LEARN that TRADE during his time in PARLIAMENT better more during his time as VICE PRESIDENT. The man has gone through all these process and still want to LEARN how to GOVERN.
