The way the 'Tribune' paper is embellishing the story says it all. Somebody's is feeding in the disaffection between the chiefs and Sam and the two parties themselves watch out. The police must do a better job.

What a story - the facts don't add up. Why will someone hoping to be elected as an MP hire thugs to disrupt a traditional festival in his own constituency? Nobody can improve his chances of winning an election by going against his own people. Sam George as I know him, is too smart for that.
Interestingly in the story, the thugs are known to be 20 in number but not even one of them was arrested even after police reinforcement from Tema. I doubt if the festival disruption story is true; if it were really true, it couldn't have been at the instance of Sam George; it must have been due to a chieftaincy dispute, probably.
