  Careless educationist managing our educational institutions is the root cause of all these.
  
  Even the media is not an exception to this problem.
  
  This was exemplified, on September 21, 2016, when TV3 and it's management did not know whether to write FOUNDER'S DAY or FOUNDERS' to educate their cherished viewers.
  
  They continued switching from one to the other.
  
  Don't they know what 9/21 is about in our calendar? HMM!

  Why will anybody then be surprised at the kind of passes we record these days from our educational institutions. If the examining body itself is a perpetual 'errorist', what will be the fate of the candidates? If publishers, ...

  Why will anybody then be surprised at the kind of passes we record these days from our educational institutions. If the examining body itself is a perpetual 'errorist', what will be the fate of the candidates? If publishers, who are mostly copy-paste authors, make mistakes and authorities, because of percentage kick-backs, approve such errors into the system, why will we not record rocket-high-failure from our Junior and Senior High schools? I wonder why the director of CRDD is still at post.
