  He has absolutely no clue, none, none whatsoever about governance that is results oriented.
  And in the specific matter of the RTI, we would say it is deliberate on the part of the Mahama NDC gov't to stall on the passage of the bill, because he would be cutting his nose to spite his face when the bill is passed,mgiven the fact that, even without that bill, Mahama has the record of being the second most corrupt president and administration in Africa, after S.A.
  Perhaps should it be passed, the avalanche of information that would be released would rather catapult Mahama as the second most corrupt in Africa, to maybe the second most corrupt in the world.
  For Mahama, with such a possibility in mind you most definitely would not know where the RTI bill is, even though it has been your manifesto promise over two election cycles, and you would most definitely be pivoting away from your core party ideology of probity and accountability, as we have seen in this country.
  Frankly, the unsuitability of Mahama for the leadership of this country is so vast, it is deeply troubling. He is utterly unqualified and unfit to lead Ghana.
