They introduced the Free Maternal Healthcare, National Health Insurance Scheme, National Youth Employment Programme, School Feeding, Metro Mass Transit, Livelihood Empowerment Against Poverty. They paid the teacher training allowances and the nurse training allowances, all from the GHC 20 billion. Within the eight years of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), they have had GHS248 billion but have collapsed the NHIS, the National Youth Employment programme, School Feeding Programme, Metro Mass Transit, nurse training and teacher training allowances. Did you hear some people vandalized the EC offices at Suhum last week? Have you heard about the Asunafo issue? You people just get up and open your big mouths and spew out empty threats. I want you and your useless IGP to know that the talking is too much. We have not seen much action. Talking is cheap. Or maybe, your warnings apply only to the opposition. You should know that if anything happens, you the police will be targets too!
