  Perhaps it did not meet the prophets of doom's parameter of what is news-worthy. What did the GOOD BOOK command us to do? "Give to Ceasar what is his due and to God, what is his". In the absence of which, we are nothing but bitter losers.

  What Moody ratings does amongst others for a country is assuring foreign investors that a country is conducive for investment and if that happens and a number of people are employed goes to alleviate, even marginally the unemployment situaation in the country. I will say it again give praise where it is due. Sorry, I have forgotten some people are so bitter that sugarcane will taste VERY BITTER in their mouth.
  
  My rationale is "nonsense"because it is out of your depth and INTELLIGENCE.

  Thank you. At least you read my simple construction which in your naivety, appeared so complex. You have a long way to go in life. Do not you abusive. Do you know why? It is a reflection of your upbringing, that whilst you were growing from a child to a young adult, those who were supposed to inculcate into you normative values (ah there I go again with my big concepts)such parents, kinsmen e.t.c. were so busy with what they should not that, you were left on your own to inculcate all the disgusting traits or perhaps you grew up in an abusive environment where insults are a normal occurrence. In that case, I do not hold it against you because it is not your fault, at all to be foul-mouthed.
