  Yes, agriculture is the key! Remember even the Osagyefo's free education policy was made possible through agriculture: proceeds from cocoa. A country that is able to, at least, feed itself is a country making the first steps to independence and economic development. All we need to do is to be careful that we do not fall into the trap of "Green Revolution" and hijack our national aspirations with GMOs, toxic pesticides and herbicides, predator seeds, etcetera!

  i have told them severally but to no avail...it is not only agric business but must embrace our entire value addition to all our raw commodities ie value addition on all our mineral raw materials as well all our raw agric products.. thus creating thousands or jobs n endless stream of taxes n revenue to govt along the value chain...
  and to do this we more and reliable power supply so mr president shelve ya; "we shall export power mantra" as that would not very prudent or wise move at all...bcos when we export power which amount will be available to industrilised..lets be wise. just exporting power alone is doesnt make sense....at all
