GRASAG had met the ministry of education twice and met schorlarship secretariat 3 times. they all directed the NEC to the finance ministry since they were refusing to release funds.
the finance ministry refused to respond even after the presidency had been petitioned as well as copied in other letters. Ato Forson is simply arrogant and irresponsible. Must Haruna walk to ur office to come and get to before u recieve a simple petition, after he was supposed to have met the petitioners at Hearts of Park. if u care to know Group was made up professional from various fields, lawyers, doctors who are pursuing other post grad courses, PHD candidates. Probably many are more qualified but politics found Ato forson that office.

on the Bodyguard issue... the BG was simply ignorant. he sought to protact the ministers car but he didnt know the minister had left the car there to assure the protestors that he was going to get Ato Forson out of his office to come for the petition. Even the driver was still in the car so what was the body guard pulling the gun out for. the BG wasnt even there when Haruna was stopped to listen to the demonstrators.

However the body guard was tamed.
