The question is if someone is your friend, that person is awarded a contract which is inflated and later spent $100,000 on a gift to the friend. What will you classify this? Let's say the person is not the president of Ghana. You guys are suffering and you are defending this nonsense. When there are too many fools in a country that is the end result.

"Private legal practitioner, Samson Lardy Anyenini late last year brought a suit on behalf of the leaders and against the Chieftaincy Minister whom they alleged had supported one Osofo to mistreat them using national security.

The Osofo was named in the suit as claiming right to the symbolic stool and skin created by the national house of chiefs to reintegrate disaporians.

Samson says that suit was withdrawn earlier this year after the Attorney-General (A-G) called for an amicable settlement."
The question is if the government has declared the status of the Afro Americans as an illegality, why did the Attorney General beg that the issue should be withdrawn from court. The answer is simple. Withdraw the case, kill the Afro Americans and case die.
I promise, The blood of these Afro Americans shall not be in vain. I will fight till the end.

Kufuor is not from the Upper East yet he securred funds for the construction of a magnificent edifice, The Pwalugu Hydro Dam, in the Upper East Region. This project would have provided wealth and sustainable jobs for the people of Upper East. Unfortunately for the good people of the Upper East , John Mahama and the NDC diverted the Funds for projects in the Northern Region - the home region of John Mahama. The question then is, is Kufuor from the Upper East?

It is the general belief that before any normal persons head to Court, they have conviction that they have a case. The Judges are duty bound to analyse the case, strand by strand before arriving at decision. In boxing decisions, in court cases 10/2 of a jury of 12 means the two are of different opinion from the 10. There certainly might be doubts in some people's mind but that changes not the decision.

Sometimes we are really petty and the axiom which is less understood is "if the chicken digs deep enough, it may uncover the bones of its mother" which will be a reminder for itself.

Dr Nana Akuffo has been tagged a very clean and incorruptible individual but we are reading too that his brother or cousin benefited hugely from the Re-denomination of the Cedis in 2007. Granted his brother is different from himself, but politics do not think on those lines. In true sense of the word, if an NDC sympathiser wins a contract, there is an element of conflict of interest. There is competitive tendering and there is weighting even in the developed West. A contractor who did a very wonderful job for us the last time and at a cost agreeable will be given preference the next time against an untested contractor whose bid may be lower.

Competent Agencies will weigh several factors and then come to a decision.

In this judgement, the Opposition will cry PARTIALITY, the Government will shout VINDICATION. Politics is not of insults. If ever, in this life, it is possible for CPP to come to power, still the rule of law will apply - the rule gives the mandate to the majority and that is how it must be.

The President needs only 50+1. Please accept the decision in good faith. There is a fine line between INDICTMENT AND ACQUITTAL. Do not let it merge please.
