The question is if someone is your friend, that person is awarded a contract which is inflated and later spent $100,000 on a gift to the friend. What will you classify this? The new 465,560 square foot Greater Accra Ridge Regional hospital initiated by J.M and now under construction will deliver modern healthcare facilities to women and children and will become the largest hospital in the country. It will also accommodate 600 beds and more than 12 surgical theatres including administration for dental, accident, emergency, imaging, obstetrics and other administrations.
