If this is not a bribe what will it be? Guys don't talk about a gift from Ex- Libyan President to Kuffour. The question is if someone is your friend, that person is awarded a contract which is inflated and later spent $100,000 on a gift to the friend. What will you classify this? Let's say the person is not the president of Ghana. You guys are suffering and you are defending this nonsense. When there are too many fools in a country that is the end result.

Mahama ought to be impeached for accepting the Ford SUV. It was unethical for him as the president to be collecting gifts from people Ghana is conducting business with. A conflict of interest took place.

The law is imperfect and so outcomes must be respected or naturally challenged by due process of law.

Gift obtained against the ethics but passed on to Government of Ghana means Ghanaians as a whole.

If it is true, then Nana brother won a very huge contract in the re-denomination of the Currency. Even if was tendered, there seem some influence even if very small.

Stop wasting tax payers money for frivolities. CHRAJ will never convict His Excellency - not in how many sittings. As transparency goes, His Excellency did not benefit from this gift in his private capacity.

If one accidentally pick hot coal with bare hands but threw it away in good time, there has been damage limitations. If the pretenders have other information from other donations received from the Burkinade aside from the Ford, then that will be worth considering.

It is real insult to conclude that for a mere Ford Expedition, the man won several contracts in Ghana and not for any other reasons adduced.

As Mr Nketia aptly put it, why not re-cylce their 2012 Manifesto? They have not yet implemented it yet. CHRAJ really did a good job for Ghana's democracy.
