If this is not a bribe what will it be? Guys don't talk about a gift from Ex- Libyan President to Kuffour. The question is if someone is your friend, that person is awarded a contract which is inflated and later spent $100,000 on a gift to the friend. What will you classify this? Let's say the person is not the president of Ghana. You guys are suffering and you are defending this nonsense. When there are too many fools in a country that is the end result.

What you need to know is that PPP sued EC why did they commit themselves by sending the draft. PPP is rather in contempt.

Does this require court action? The EC has explained that pending the outcome of the Injunction, the filing fee has been suspended. Why did the NPP in the first place attached the filing fee knowing that it has been suspended?. It is only the DEVIL who acts this way. Was the intention to trap the EC in order to foment trouble in Ghana?

If PPP goes to court for contempt against the EC the party will look so stupid in the eyes of the judges. You heard the EC turned down all filing fees because of the pending court case you the PPP have filed against EC why then send bankers draft? It means you have agreed to the filing fees so to if you go to court the EC will use the bankers draft to testify against you. The EC chair is a smart lawyer she deliberately took to make you look stupid so advice to you is do not file any contempt act against the EC.
