If this is not a bribe what will it be? Guys don't talk about a gift from Ex- Libyan President to Kuffour. The question is if someone is your friend, that person is awarded a contract which is inflated and later spent $100,000 on a gift to the friend. What will you classify this? Let's say the person is not the president of Ghana. You guys are suffering and you are defending this nonsense. When there are too many fools in a country that is the end result.

  What point are you trying to make? Nana had a rich dad who now only needs a small plot to rest so why should Nana let the house go to waste. Some rich people see no need to impress anyone with their wealth.

Ghana has never been the same ever since because of unprecedented poverty as a result......... Sada gyeeda etc... ... Teaming up with RLG TO DUPE GHANA...... ETC.... AND HE'S GOTTEN AWAY WITH ALL THESE..... but God is watching Him and will speak for Ghanaians... .

Our best bet is the Courts which can determine the President's as right or wrong if even it stops short of sanction. For the sake of posterity this needs to be done so as not to muddle what constitutes bribery or not. Oh Ghana!

  How on earth did they expect CHRAJ to rule against the sitting president? The case was stick-a-fork-in-it done even before it arrived at their desks. A wasted venture.

  From day one I knew CHRAJ was going to do what they have just done. So what CHRAJ is insinuating is, one can take bribe but provided you hand it over to the state it is not a crime? I think Ghanaians deserve better.
