All those making useless noise about Charlotte accepting the PPP money are of little brains including their flag bearer. The EC boss is smart and a great lawyer. She knows by accepting that of only the PPP, IT WILL MAKE STUPID THE CASE THE SENT TO COURT AND THE REASON SHE INTENTIONALLY ACCEPTED IT. When she goes to court, she will tell the judge they brought the money after telling you to stop me from taking it; so that is contempt againnst themselves and criminal as well as disrespect to the court.

The injunction was placed on the EC not to accept and receive filing fees...FULL STOP. It does not prevent the political parties from presenting same because the order from the EC to contestants on filing fees have not been withdrawn. So the onus is on the EC not to accept and receive as directed by the court, period. Remember there is no injunction om the contestants and or political parties not to present the filing fees. This not like a bribe where both the giver and the taker breaks the law. Your argument is arcane to you saying a lady can be raped because she is scantly dress. Even if she is naked you she can't be raped, for the simple reason that rape is not allowed by law so it cannot be justified under any circumstances. In the same vein u can't go and steal because someone did not lock his or her door. The EC is in contempt period, and for a lawyer her explanation not only laughable but shows gross incompetence and power play.

You have sent a case to court triggering the court to issue injunction against EC from receiving registration fee and yet you go and present it to the EC? Aaah!

Sometimes I get surprise when I read some of the comments and I feel so embarrassed and disappointed that there are still people who don't want to think but others should always do the thinking for them, I means the aimless people attacking and insulting the honourable woman. Have these people asked themselves the following questions. 1. Whether the chairman was not aware of the court case his party had filed against the EC. 2. Whether the PPP is not aware that the EC have rejected the fees of other parties the day before. 3. Have they also asked themselves whether one can go to court against an act he considered to be wrong and then go ahead to get involved in that same act. 4. Are you also not aware that the EC is going to court to fight for it position and as such their payment could be used as an evidence against them. 5. Can you also ask yourselves whether they were also trying to trap the EC into accepting the payment. Please let get serious Ghanaians we've gone pass this childish stage in life as a country
