ADU GYAMFI---- ----- When NPP were in government for 8 years, they had GHC20 billion from loans and taxes. They developed the country well with this GHC20 billion. They introduced the Free Maternal Healthcare, National Health Insurance Scheme, National Youth Employment Programme, School Feeding, Metro Mass Transit, Livelihood Empowerment Against Poverty. They paid the teacher training allowances and the nurse training allowances, all from the GHC 20 billion. Within the eight years of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), they have had GHS248 billion but have collapsed the NHIS, the National Youth Employment programme, School Feeding Programme, Metro Mass Transit, nurse training and teacher training allowances. Mahama is indeed a thief. No wonder NPP were afraid to lay down their manifesto. Anytime NPP brings out a good idea, Mahama will thief it but fail to implement it. He thieved NPP's free education, Northern development plan, Nzima area development projects, farming and fishing development in Central and Volta and now the creation of more Regions. After all this, he has never been able to implement a single project among them. And oh, I even forgot about the 200 High schools. Mahama is a failure. Nana Addo will create 4 more Regions in Brong Ahafo, Western, Volta and the North and make amendments to Greater Accra and Central. The Krobo area up to the Akosombo should be added to Greater Accra. This should not include the Akwapim area. Ahafo should be seperated from Brong. There should be North West and North East Regions and finally the Sewhi and Enchi area of Western should have their own Bia Region. Ahanta and Nzima should remains Western Region but Twifo should be part of Central Region. The Area from Hohoe to Damanko in the North should be the new Oti Region. This should include the whole Nchumuru Kete-Krachi area that extend into the Volta Lake. Finally, I suggest all Regions with names of geographical directions such as Upper East, Central, Eastern, etc, be replaced with Real names.

Yah it is true oti region must come into reality, for so many years this creation of new region need to be created ,a district in which eight districts have emerge from is not a small area to be talk of.
