If God cannot see the future clearly such that, His prophet will have to be prophesying His messages with so much caution, then He is not the almighty, omnipotent. If God is indeed almighty, omnipotent (and truly He is) then Owusu Bempah must be a false prophet.
It is not difficult to understand that, Owusu Bempah and the others being human beings, have their political parties whom they wish to win.

I lived in a country where once upon a time, postal votes from a certain county was heavily compromise, guess what, the ruling from the election commissioner was that the number of votes compromised could not affect the results of the election. Common Sense???

In 2012 he came out and told us that Nana Addo will win that election, after the man was defeated, he said the man was stolen by NDC. Almost four years down the line, the same Owusu Bempah said God has ordained Mahama to be a vice president and a president for this country, he can not be President again.
Please, prophet Owusu Bempah if I may ask, do you listen to yourself and cross check things you said in the past at all? The Bible says, we will know them by their fruits. Anybody who called Gods' name in vain for his or her stomach seek will face the judgement squarely. Amen
