  Please, Mr President it's time you got out there and started campaigning. It's almost 3 weeks since the campaign launch in Sunyani. Enough of this diplomatic thing. This is the complacency Rawlings warned us against. If your main opponent cannot go on vigorous campaign it is no reason why you should wait for. Remember again the warning of Rawlings to guard against complacency. Time is of the essence here.
