Go behind the resurgence of Rwanda. It should not always be who can pay but what is good for all. The airwaves must be used to educate on all aspects of life,health,agriculture and manufacturing, technology,sanitation, rainwater harvesting,composting, processing of basic foodstuffs, etc not for the wasteful early morning shows on both radio and tv
