  As long as the marriage officiant is registered and duly authorized, it should not matter where the ceremony is performed. Churches shouldn't have the monopoly being the only venues where marriages can be performed. Operators of the other venues should take this matter to court, because its is unconstitutional.

Do they think about clients who pay to have peaceful times and rest, which is what hotels and guest houses are meant for? Often, they play loud, booming, and noisy music to disturb the whole environment, including residential places around. Ho Municipal Assembly, wake up to your responsibilities and STOP these greedy operators.
