And just some hours later, the desperate President announces the reinstatement of the allowance.

These ignorant NEWSCASTERS are confusing the issues and thereby misinforming the public. The President's statement concerned only student nurses, but the Akan News Readers jumbled in the untelated issues of STUDENT TEACHERS. These are two different issues.

The President's statement was that, since the STUDENT NURSES can not assess STUDENT LOAN at the moment, it was only prudent that they were given back their ALLAWA. Very simple. Yet, the NEWSCASTERS quickly go about inviting people who they know, have "axes to grind", on this issue with government for them to further confuse the issues.

The government information outfit should quickly come out to SET THE RECORDS STRAIGHT, before these IGNORANT JURNALISTS cause further damage.

As president with the bevy of staffers and advisers,one would expect him to think through policy issues before he goes public. He had recently sworn not to restore allowances to trainee nurses but now for political expediency, has gone back on his word. Which is which and how can we trust you for your word. He is I'll adviced and a catastrophic failure. I conjectured that NDC still do not have the numbers and the thought of defeat makes him shiver.
