    IGP's directive to suspend all motor checks should be seen as laudable. It prevents unnecessary delays,stoppages and extortion .That does not mean the police should not be on the road. Police should be there and stop vehicles ...

    It doesn't prevent accidents, the police take bribes and then let the drivers go. Those without license bribe the police and drive on.

    2.IGP did not stop police from checking vehicles or from traffic direction, his instructions to the police is that they should not check driving licence and documents. Idiots should stop saying nonsense.

    NDC is trying to pack arms in various sites, in order to help them , hence the IGP directives. If he don't do that some police will arrest those who are to take this project. That is why this directive.
